1. How to Enter
1.1. To enter the Prize Draw, participants must purchase a kitchen with a net furniture cost exceeding £10,000 (excluding worktops, appliances and installation).
1.2. An entry will only be deemed valid once the qualifying purchase has been paid in full.
1.3. Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) entry. No alternative method of entry is provided.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and residency where necessary to verify eligibility.
3. Prize
3.1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by an independent person following the closing date (as defined in clause 4).
3.2. All eligible entrants will be informed of the outcome within seven (7) days of the winner being selected.
3.3. The winner will receive a cash prize of £5,000.
3.4. The prize is non-transferable, and no alternative prize or cash alternative is available.
3.5. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by random draw.
4. Closing Date
4.1. The Prize Draw will close when the first twenty (20) qualifying purchases have been completed and paid in full, or on 31 December 2027, whichever occurs first.
4.2. Entries received after the closing date or after the qualifying purchase limit has been reached will not be valid.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage entrants.

6. Additional Terms
6.1. These Terms & Conditions are available in-store and on the Promoter’s website.
6.2. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
6.3. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions or who behaves in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or otherwise unlawful.
6.4. In the event that a qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded after entry, the corresponding Prize Draw entry will be invalidated.
6.5. Personal data supplied during the Prize Draw will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6.6. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding.
